These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PixelX. By booking, using, or interacting with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Services Offered

Our services include:

  • Wedding Photography and Cinematography
  • Birthday Photography and Cinematography
  • Documentary Photography and Videography
  • Drone Photography and Videography
  • Custom Projects

Deliverables (photos, videos, albums, etc.) will be specified in your contract or booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a [non-refundable deposit] and a signed agreement.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • [30%] deposit is due at the time of booking.
    • The remaining [70%] must be paid [ after End of the event].
  • Late Payments: A late payment fee may apply, and unpaid balances may delay service delivery.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made less than [15 days] before the event may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • If cancellation occurs within [30 days] of the event, the client is responsible for paying [50% of the total cost].
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternate solution will be arranged.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Event Schedule: Clients must provide a detailed schedule and contact information for event coordination.
  • Permissions and Access: Clients must secure all permissions for photography, videography, and drone usage at the venue(s).
  • Cooperation: We are not responsible for missed shots due to delays, interference, or restricted access.

6. Drone Services

  • Regulations: Drone services are subject to local aviation authority regulations. We reserve the right to decline drone usage in restricted areas.
  • Weather Conditions: Drone operations may be canceled or delayed due to unsafe weather. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be discussed in such cases.
  • Safety: Clients must ensure no interference or hazards during drone operations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: We retain the copyright of all photos, videos, and drone footage created.
  • Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-commercial license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.
  • Portfolio: We may use select images/videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Delivery of Work

  • Timeline: Deliverables will be provided within [4-6 weeks] of the event unless otherwise specified.
  • Format: Photos and videos will be delivered via [USB drive, cloud storage, or as agreed upon].
  • Revisions: One round of minor edits is included. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

9. Liability

  • Event Delays: We are not liable for delays or missed moments caused by weather, technical issues, or client/guest interference.
  • Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for damages caused by external factors or unauthorized use of deliverables.
  • Equipment Backup: We maintain backup equipment to minimize disruptions.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Client information and event details are handled with confidentiality.
  • Deliverables will not be shared publicly without client consent (unless covered in the Model Release Agreement).

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
  • Resolution: Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through mediation before proceeding to arbitration or legal action.

12. Amendments
