Refund Policy
- Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable. This policy helps us allocate resources and reserve the necessary date and time for your event.
- Cancellations by Client
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled event, the client is responsible for paying 50% of the total cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
- Cancellations by PixelX
- In rare cases where we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or arrange an acceptable alternative solution.
- Refunds for Deliverables
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation. We work closely with our clients to ensure their expectations are met prior to the event.
Return Policy
- Physical Deliverables
- Returns for physical products (e.g., photo albums, USB drives) will be accepted only if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the item.
- Digital Deliverables
- Digital files (e.g., photos, videos) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Revisions
- One round of minor revisions is included with your package. Any additional edits or changes may incur an additional charge.
